bali interiors: branding

Our good friend Sheila Man contacted us a few months ago wanting to rebrand her business, Bali Interiors, which is an online platform dedicated to showcasing a curated selection of the best interiors and exteriors Bali has to offer.

For the new branding we wanted to develop something clean and modern, we also wanted the world BALI to be the focal point as this is her main point of difference in the world of Interiors Blogs. Sheila is primarily a photographer and Bali Interiors is all about featuring her stunning interior photographs, so with the branding and logo’s we wanted to create something that compliments her photos and doesn’t ever overwhelm them.

Here are a few logo options we initially gave her….

And here is the final version.

We also added some branding elements for Sheila and her team to use across all of the Bali Interiors platforms including social media, blog, website and newsletters. Building a system for your brand allows you to meet the demands of different media and your different platforms, while still presenting a cohesive identity.

The final branding we developed included a main logotype, colour palette, various graphics templates, a custom typeface alphabet, and a simplified icon logo. These items used together created a unified and recognisable brand identity for Bali Interiors across all platforms.
